NHS Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group invites you to a follow-on workshop after the first successful BME Grassroots Event in July 2018.

They want to hear about lived experiences of their mental health services from minority communities to help influence and to support the redesign of Croydon’s community mental health services. They cannot do this without you so if you are a Croydon, service user, resident, carer or health and care professional please join them.
