It's Carers Rights Day this Friday, a chance for carers to learn their rights and find out how to get the help and support they are entitled to.

For 2018, Carers Information Service have launched decision-making for carers factsheet series. Top carer topics covered include:

• Mental capacity, the law, and why it matters.
• Patient confidentiality and sharing information with carers.
• Why sorting out Power of Attorney now may save you headache in the future.
