Gangs Awareness Training

Suitable for:  all professionals and volunteers involved in social work and early help, and working directly and regularly and intensely with children and families (incl. school based staff, health etc)

The issue of youth gangs remains a concern across London and one that professionals from all disciplines find themselves coming in to contact with. The training will look at the various processes embedded into Croydon Council's practice to support gang affected young people and families and develop insight into the wide range of multi-agency work being undertaken and the forums where gangs are discussed it will aso incorporate common themes identified through key learning form SCRs and Adults
