A group for you and your baby meeting for two hours a week for 9 weeks, this session is an introduction then they meet every Tuesday until 26 March 2019, excluding 19th February.

• Following your baby's cues
• How to feel more confident in your role as a parent
• Learnng to communicate responsibly with your baby
• Building a good attachment between you and your baby
• An opportunity to develop friendships with other parents 
• Games, singing, physical touch and play to have fun with your baby
• Understanding your baby's temperament
• Thinking about your relationships within the family and how these affect you and your baby
• Support ot understand your baby's crying/sleeping/feeding ad the practicalities of your baby's routine

This is a free course for parents with babies aged 0-8 months, please note there is no creche for this group as babies are in the group with their parents.
