Takes place on 10 October every year to help ensure good mental health for all.
The day provides an opportunity "for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people worldwide".
This year's theme set by the World Federation for Mental Health is suicide prevention.
Lots of resources available on the website to help you e.g. you can buy green ribbon pins, help to organise a tea and talk to sit down with friends family or colleagues and have a natter for mental health, and much more.
