Learning from Serious Case Review Briefings
Wednesday 16 October 2019
Serious case review and child safeguarding practice reviews occur when:
- abuse or neglect of a child is known or suspected and
- the child has died or been seriously harmed.
It is important that learning from these cases takes place across the multi-agency safeguarding network. These sessions are for managers, case supervisors, safeguarding leads and frontline staff from a range of multi-agency settings - including social care, early help, schools, health, police and early years.
