This session will help you to reflect on how to become the most effective Chair you can. Emphasis will be on the strengths you bring, as well as the ‘gaps’ you want to fill and the support that you might need. 
 
This interactive workshop focuses on the role in practice – for example, it looks at preparing for and chairing board meetings, explores the relationship with the CEO/lead officer, and discusses how to build a collaborative and effective board.
