An expert-led training sessions are designed to facilitate discussion and interaction. This event will cover:

• Continuing to work from home
• Dealing with flexible working requests
• Bringing staff back into the workplace
• The practicalities of staff returning to the workplace e.g. getting to work/social distancing
• Contracts, including: Lay off/short time working/Employee mobility and flexibility/An overview of varying a contract of employment. See our ‘Changing terms and conditions of employment’ event should you need more detail
• Holidays including: Amendments to the Working Time Regulations/Gaining agreement around holidays/Cancelling leave
• Holiday entitlement for furloughed workers/Other types of leave, including time off for dependants
