Develop Croydon will give delegates an innovative and insightful guided tour of the borough, showing some of the key developments and investment opportunities on offer as part of Croydon’s ongoing £5.25billion regeneration programme.

The tour, which is free to attend, will take guests through the town centre, seeing schemes such as Tide Construction’s 101 George Street – the tallest modular tower in the world – and R&F’s Queen’s Square development, as well as out to the Purley Way to see the growing industrial and logistics sector.

Speakers and guides on the tour include Richard Plant, Develop Croydon Chair and Partner at SHW, Vanessa Clark, Principal at Sinclair Clark, Bonnie Stephensmith, Head of Regeneration Marketing at Develop Croydon and Richard Fenn, London South Bank University’s Director of Operations, with more to be confirmed soon.
