The Mayor of London’s Workforce Integration Network (WIN) will be launching the Inclusive Employer Toolkit at this online event.

The Inclusive Employer Toolkit is a step by step guide to support employers to take action on workforce diversity and inclusion. It aims to help employers improve the recruitment, retention and progression of young Black men within the workplace and more broadly improve employment outcomes for young Black men across London. 

Featuring an introduction from Deputy Mayor, Social Integration, Social Mobility, and Community Engagement, Dr Debbie Weekes-Bernard, the launch will be an opportunity to hear about young black men's perspective & experience in the industries, listen to a lively and challenging conversation with business representatives and participate in a Q&A about the toolkit.
