Are you interested in learning essential, life-saving first aid skills to help in an emergency?

The Carers Centre have teamed up with the British Red Cross digital classroom to offer interactive workshops (using Zoom) where you will tackle four first aid skills and have time to ask questions. The aim is to build confidence so you can help someone in a first aid emergency, using everyday objects that you have around you. To ensure that as many carers as possible can join a workshop, the same course will be repeated at different times until the end of the year.
