Lloyds Bank Foundation Grants Information Session
Tuesday 30 March 2021
14:00 to 15:30
This year, Lloyds will be awarding a total of £9.5m in unrestricted funding to 190 charities. This will be two-year unrestricted grants of £50,000 alongside capacity building support to help charities identify and act on any organisational challenges they may be facing.
This webinar will cover:
• The eligibility criteria for funding
• The details of the grants
• What we mean by complex social issues
• The application process
• Allow time for Q&As which will be answered by a panel made up of the Lloyds Bank Foundation grants team
Who is this session for?
This webinar is for small and local charities in England and Wales with an income of between £25,000 and £1 million a year that are helping people overcome complex social issues who are considering applying to this fund.
Please note if you currently hold a grant with them, your charity is only eligible to apply once that grant has ended and the reporting obligations have been met.
They want to ensure that this funding is distributed equitably to the charities that are best placed to serve the communities who need it most, and to make sure of achieving this, at least a quarter of this funding will go to charities that are led by and for people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities.
Panellists:
Harriet Stranks - Director of Grants
Carlos Chavez - Regional Manager for Yorkshire and the Humber
Emma Tregear - Regional Manager for South East and London
When do applications open?
Open for applications on 4th March 2021 and these will stay open for the remainder of the year.
