10.30-11.45am - Fun Sing-Along, with Katie Rose
Start your morning with a rejuvenating online sing-along with others, from the comfort of your own home. The session will start with a relaxing, fun warm up of easy physical, vocal, and breathing exercises, to help us feel connected and ready to sing together, followed by singing along with affirming, uplifting songs. 11.00am-1.00pm - Webinar: Support for Parent Carers, with Astrid Macabee and Keely Sullivan

2.00-3.00pm- Webinar: What is a Carer's Assessment? Information Session with Amanda Ruck and Kym Prowse
Carers of adults have the right to a carer’s assessment under the Care Act, come along to this informal session on Zoom to find out what happens during an assessment and what the outcome might be.
