Come and meet the DCF Team and find out more about the support they offer young people locally. The day is an opportunity to find out about the programmes, groups and services DCF deliver to all young people in Croydon and the surrounding boroughs. Everyone attending will get a refreshment voucher for use in Matthew’s Yard, so why not pop in for a break from your shopping spree or family day. There will also be the opportunity to take part in a free raffle and be in with a chance of winning some great prizes!

DCF work to increase young people’s wellbeing, so if you know of a young person who would benefit from a positive space to engage in recreational activities, come along to find out more.

The services DCF offer include:

• The Right Track programme (4-week wellbeing and resilience sessions)
• Your Space (monthly youth group)
• Dance Space (monthly virtual street dance)
• Your Vision (film production sessions)
• 121 Mentoring/Befriender sessions

“The idea for this event came from our Youth Steering Group who have been active in supporting the organisation of the Information Day.

We are really looking forward to further connecting with the local community by giving parents, carers and young people the opportunity to see and hear first-hand what we do at DCF. We are keen to let the community know that our support is available to all young people.”

DCF have received funding from Children in Need and Coop Community Fund to deliver these community groups and have funding from Croydon Council to deliver a resilience wellbeing programme in Croydon Schools.
