It's that time of the year again, and parents everywhere are pulling their hair out and wondering how to entertain their children for the holidays. 

For one week only, Monday 25th to Thursday 29th October, 11 am - 4 pm daily. Music Relief Foundation will be having their Enriching Lives holiday club.

The activities are divided into three age groups: 6 - 9, 10 -12 and 13 - 16 years, but depending on the numbers, ages may be combined.

They have have limited spaces and are registering people on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Planned activities are as follows:

• Arts and crafts

• Keep fit exercises

• Project management

• Storytelling and poetry

• Free play

• Music.
