The first seminar, from a series of 3, will introduce key concepts around the EU Settlement by providing an overview of the scheme to date including eligibility, status and deadlines. It will also help you to understand how to establish whether someone has status and how to access their status, whether someone has an application pending and how to prove rights pending an application, and whether someone still needs to apply to the scheme.
