During 2021, you helped us create our Trust Strategy, Aiming High; Changing Lives 2021-2026.

As part of this, you said we needed to measure success through your personal experiences, not just data and you asked us to be transparent and accountable about our progress.

A working group comprised of Trust staff, service users and carers developed a process of creating qualitative measure headings and have identified five possible areas to focus on:

• Quality of Care
• Co-production (working with others)
• Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
• Stigma
• Trust

You are invited to attend one of three online workshops to join discussions that will help us co-produce qualitative measures for our Trust Strategy.
