Take part in our brand new Swim England-funded Dementia Friendly Swimming Programme which launches on 13^th February. The weekly swimming sessions will be taking place at Thornton Heath Leisure Centre

When: Every Monday from 11 am - 12 pm for 8 weeks.

If you’re living with Dementia or care for someone who is, then come along to our new swimming session. With accessible equipment and facilities you can relax and enjoy your swim in a friendly and safe environment

There will be an experienced, friendly and knowledgeable Swim Teacher on hand at these sessions to provide advice and guidance to participants if they need it. Thornton Heath Leisure Centre boasts a fantastic PoolPod that supports people in getting in and out of the water safely and securely. Furthermore if you don't feel confident in coming on your own then you can bring a friend to support you along for free.
