A celebration of our new Thornton Heath Afro Beat Orchestra!

On Saturday 15th April 15:30 pm – 18:30 pm, the THABO launch event takes place at The Scouts Centre, 105-105 Beulah Rd, Thornton Heath CR7 8JG.

This is a new Arts Council-funded project: THABO (The Thornton Heath Afro-Beat Orchestra), kickstarting in April 2023. It is a contemporary learning Afrobeat Orchestra, which will guide young people in their musical growth with regular rehearsals, learning, composing and performing of music from the African Diaspora - Afrobeat, Reggae, Jazz, Blues, Latin.
