This morning Barchester open our doors to our residential dementia care community, “Memory Lane.” We invite all who are connected with and touched by those living with dementia to enjoy a coffee morning, understand how Chestnut Gardens’ expertise helps people to live well with brain disease, meet others in the same position, meet local professionals and gain support, advice and assistance.
