This project is all about widening access and being inclusive of all communities, across SWL. The aim of this project is to:

1. explain working in primary care in SWL and
2. increase awareness of the new jobs being recruited in primary care (e.g. SPLWs, H&WBCs, CCs, tNAs, etc).  

This final session is delivered in partnership with WCEN and Community Action Sutton. The session is open to anyone and everyone who might like to learn about primary care and the entry roles available.

The session will include speakers from the three personalised care roles and Trainee Nurse Associate role, to talk about their journey into primary care and what is involved in their roles.
