This Digital Training session will focus on all the aspects of supporting people to create online accounts, recover passwords, understand and troubleshoot two factor or multi factor authentication and necessary form filling to access online services with the council., NHS and other statutory support.

All of our work helps residents to be more confident & independent with the internet. Our Online Services Support programme also recognizes that many people need a little more support, but with the right approach we can start people off on their own journey!

This session is open to all existing volunteers, interested residents and people from other groups.

Our sessions are enhanced by hearing about and sharing the experiences of others.
