The Community Engagement and Outreach team at St Christopher's Hospice are meeting residents in the community and facilitating conversations in a healthy and safe way on experiences of death, dying and loss.

These discussions called Compassionate Chats are engaging and worth while if you'd like to understand more about having empathetic and important conversations with people around death, dying and loss.
