The Lois Project: Women's Health Education Network presents Heart & Soul, a pop-up community cafe in Thornton Heath. 

The community hub is an exciting space to meet new people, laugh, craft, dance, relax, hear from guest speakers like health and well-being specialists, as well as published authors.

Over the weeks, there will also be some group singing for the brain and wellness, oral history, and memory exercises.

Heart and Soul will launch on Thursday 18 January 2024 at 10 am, at Beulah Family Church, Beulah Crescent, Thornton Heath CR7 8JL.

Every Thursday: 10 am - 12.30 pm
