To access the Smart Works service you must be currently unemployed (or on a zero-hours contract or working less than 16 hours per week), over the age of 16 and a woman. Smart Works is here to support all women, including transgender women, and non-binary people who feel their gender expression connects with the Smart Works service and wardrobe.
