Join us at the Fieldway Community Hub, at The Family Centre, where BME Forum's Clare Bankson will be giving a talk on Wellbeing, taking care of your body and mind.
Clare is the long term conditions coordinator for the BME Forum and has visited the Community Hub in the past delivering Health Checks.
