The Lois Project: Women's Health Education Network presents Heart & Soul, a pop-up Warm Space/Community Cafe in Thornton Heath.

The community hub is an exciting space to meet new people, laugh, craft, dance, relax, hear from guest speakers like health and well-being specialists, as well as published authors. Over the weeks, there will also be some group singing for the brain and wellness, oral history, and memory exercises.
