Dementia Action Week from 13  - 19 May 2024

Memory Tree Café is for people living with dementia and their carers to come together and enjoy a welcoming and stimulating social environment. These regular sessions with activities are for people living with dementia and their carers. The sessions are run by project officers and supported by a group of volunteers who are experienced in working with older people with dementia.

When and where: Saturday 18th May 2024 from 1.30 pm – 3:30 pm – East Croydon
