Learn skills to identify, understand & help someone who may be experiencing a mental health Issue.

Led by Chloe Spencer-Sales (MHFA Instructor)

Chloe is passionate about promoting the importance of good mental health and reducing the stigma associated with mental ill health and believe that normalizing conversations about mental health, particularly in the workplace, will enable people to feel supported, keeping them in work during difficult periods in their life.

The two-day training will provide you with:

An in-depth understanding of mental health & the factors that can affect wellbeing
Practical skills to spot the triggers & signs of mental health issues
Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress
Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening

On completion you will receive a certificate from MHFA England
