Manju Shahul-Hameed Foundation for Mental Health would like to invite you to our upcoming Dementia Café at Coulsdon Methodist Church. 

On 2 July we have planned some wonderful activities that we hope you will enjoy, including a fun and lively belly dance session.

Belly Dance Session: Don't forget to bring a scarf to tie around your waist for the full belly dance experience.

Whether you have dementia, are a caregiver, or just want to support the community, everyone is welcome to join us for an afternoon of joy and movement.
