Join Thines Ganeshamoorthy as he shares ways in which he has challenged assumptions and stereotypes around Disability in the workplace!

Thines has spent a decade working and volunteering with numerous health and disability charities. He has a rare genetic disease called Osteogenesis Imperfecta and is a Trustee of the Brittle Bone Society.

Thines will talk about experiencing hundreds of fractures in his teens and navigating employment with his condition.
