Free 1 hr guided mindful strolls  sessions consist of small groups (adults 16+ only) guided by a ParkBathe walk leader. This walk is suitable for people with dementia and those with low mobility and wheelchair users. Carers are welcome too.

When: Every Monday (except Bank Holidays) weather permitting from 11:00 - 12:30
