Spaces are limited and only those who have registered will be admitted.  Walk-ins will not be accommodated.

The Person living with dementia can come on their own or be accompanied by ONE carer.

£5 entrance fee to be paid on the door on the day. (CASH ONLY and the accompanied carer is free)

When booking attendees need to state “CDAA Christmas Party “ in the subject heading.

Please send the invitation to people living with dementia and their carers only.

People living with dementia are being prioritised for this party, therefore we can only have a specific number of volunteers, and those spaces have now been allocated.
