Join Dementia Community for their second ‘Community Space’, which in April 2025 will explore how local communities can support people living with dementia and their families. With guest contributors Dory (Teresa Davies, Expert by Experience) and Tony Hall (Chair, Bristol DAA). Please join from 1.45pm to introduce yourself ahead of the 2pm start.
