Are you facing relationship challenges with parents, partners, siblings or children?
ARCC is now offering FREE weekly group support sessions, designed to be culturally appropriate and tailored to the unique needs of South Asian individuals.
🕐 2pm - 3:30pm
Sessions run on Tuesdays
- 7th, 14th & 21st October 2025
We aim to challenge stigma, encourage open conversations and provide in-depth healing in a safe and supportive space.
