This 8-week group programme is designed for families with children aged 8–12 who live in Croydon, are registered with a Croydon GP or attend a Croydon school.

Through a supportive group environment, families will get support with:

 Building positive mealtime routines
 Supporting their child’s growing independence and emotional wellbeing
 Creating balance around screen time and routines
 Feeling confident through times of change
Sessions are delivered by trained HENRY practitioners in a welcoming group setting and are completely free.
