Join us on the Second Friday of every month from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm at Coulsdon Temple, 108 Chipstead Valley Road CR5 3BA
This session includes a singing workshop, yoga, lunch and time to relax and connect.
Our Intergenerational Dementia Café brings together young people and older adults to promote wellbeing, reduce isolation and build community cohesion in a warm and culturally inclusive environment.
Please note: Spaces for this event is limited. To help us with arrangements and catering, kindly let us know in advance if you are able to attend.
