Manju Shahul-Hameed Foundation for Mental Health is delighted to invite you—and the people you support—to our Intergenerational Dementia Café gathering in Coulsdon Our sessions provide a welcoming and supportive space for the community, offering opportunities to connect, learn and promote mental wellbeing.

This week featuring an arts workshop by Mayuri, offering a stress-free space to explore self-expression and emotional well-being through the art of collage. A lunch of samosa, rice, curry and dessert will be provided.

We meet every Second Friday of every month from 
1:30–3:30 pm.
