A free, friendly, in-person course to: develop advanced interpersonal skills & build stronger everyday relationships (with friends, colleagues, family members, partners). It also explores the DISC Personality Styles model to enhance self-awareness, improve understanding of others & reduce conflict.
It covers how to:
- be highly effective listeners (incl. recognising five poor listening profiles)
- use five Relationship Language Preferences to build stronger connections
- apply seven character traits for building positive relationships
- manage time effectively to support relationship growth.
Starts Wed 29 July (for 4 weeks) from 10.30-12.30 in a training room at Purley Baptist Church CR8 3EA.
