Salary: £27,710 per annum

About the role: As a Support Mentor/Worker in our rapid assessment hub, your primary focus areas will include:

Managing a caseload of hub customers while also providing support to your colleagues to ensure all customers have effective support which is actioned in a timely manner using rapid assessment/referral techniques.
Work with customers to quickly identify the most appropriate housing option and put a plan in place to enable them access this quickly to prevent homelessness or rough sleeping.
You will be part of a team of three colleagues providing the Hub service but overall part of the wider Palmer House team in a busy but enjoyable environment.
