In preparation for writing a new digital strategy, which will set out a renewed ambition for how we use digital technology to improve operational efficiency and public services over the coming years, Croydon Council's Chief Digital Officer and his team have launched an online conversation inviting opinions from all Croydon residents, community groups and businesses.

As well as seeking views online, officers in the digital service will be engaging resident groups in face to face workshops, speaking with industry experts including our local tech businesses, consulting directly with relevant lead members and discussing the scope of the strategy at Scrutiny and Overview Committee on 30 April.

The proposed strategy paper will be discussed at July Cabinet.
