Expressions of Interest are invited from residents in New Addington if they would like to access fully funded mental health first aid training to develop community resilience. 

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor training is also offered to build local capacity and awareness for common mental health problems.

Due to the sensitive nature of these courses, it is not recommended for delegates with unresolved mental health issues. After training, you will be expected to carry out the role of a mental health first aider (see overleaf for details) within the local community of Fieldway and New Addington.

MHFA Instructor Training will commence in February 2020. This will take 7 days over a 6 week period. Dates to be confirmed.
