St. Christophers are offering Bereavement Café’s and also a Death Cafe.
Their virtual Bereavement Café meets every Monday at 5pm – 6.30pm. It is a place where everyone is welcome, a place to meet with others, where telling your story is welcomed, to listen to others and be supported in your pain, especially at this time, when meeting face to face, is still limited.
Although they cannot take the pain of your grief away, they will endeavour to support you through the pain, anger, helplessness & loneliness and all the other emotions that wave over you.
This is not a counselling forum but a community of people who have lost loved ones and are coming together to support each other in these challenging times.
Their Death Café held every Wednesday 2.30pm – 4pm is a space to talk about our finite lives, a space for questions about how to plan for end for live, what should be considered, an invitation for people of all ages, to talk about a subject that concerns us all.
If you are fed up of trying to be strong, or know your well being is suffering, with no one to talk to, then join in the conversation in a welcoming, friendly space on Zoom.
