Supporting your volunteers move on

When a volunteer lets you know that they are ready to move on from volunteering, it is important to get their feedback which will allow you to review their experience of volunteering in your organisation. This will provide them with an opportunity to think about how they have grown and contributed to your organisation and maybe offer some tips on how you can enhance the volunteering experience for future volunteers.
