As a Volunteer Advisor your role will be to support individuals who are interested in volunteering find their perfect role.
Your role will include the following:
Carrying out 1-2-1 interviews
Registering volunteers on our CRM
Searching for roles using our database as well as other platforms
Contacting organisations on behalf of the individual if needed
Follow up with the individuals to see how their volunteering journey has been and if they need further assistance.
If volunteering isn't suitable for the individual you would look at potential activities/services that may support them using our Simply Connect Croydon Directory of Services.
Explain the process to the individual answering any questions they may have.
Record data via our various data collection tools.
Willing to volunteer in one of our outreach points in the community.
