Clore Social and The Ubele Initiative have come together to understand more about the learning needs of our leaders. They are designing a radical new development programme for Black and Minoritised social leaders in the UK.

They want to connect with leaders who work with social purpose and who are serving black communities. If you are working or volunteering in the social sector, responsible for managing people or projects, thye want to hear from you.

Tell them who you are as a leader; what skills you have and which ones you need; what you think our sector needs to be strong and effective.
