Grieving is not letting go

Thursday 06 March 2025
18:30 to 20:30

Come join us for a sensitive and honest discussion about how grieving is a natural part of the human growth process with Fiona Reynolds, Loss and Bereavement Counsellor.  This is an informal gathering scheduled for every 1st Thursday of the month

The Bereavement Café presents an evening of reflection and healing. This event is all about understanding that grieving does not mean letting go.

In collaboration with New Addington Pathfinders, this is a monthly event where we come together to explore the process of grieving and how it can lead to personal growth and recovery.

We'll explore how it's okay to hold onto memories and emotions while still moving forward.

Join us at The Octagon for a safe space to share, listen, and connect with others who are navigating their own grief journey. Let's support each other as we learn that it's okay to grieve in our own way.
